Buying a car was a daunting experience to me. With the help of my son Wayne, we looked at cars on Internet. The problem was that I didn't even know what sort of car I wanted, apart from the criteria that it must not look like a "Grandma car"!
From the moment I met Hamish and my now-new-car, I knew that I was in good hands! I studied a paper, Services Management, through Massey University years before, which was such an eye opener to the old adage, "quality customer service". Working in a service industry myself, I can only say that YOU HAVE NAILED THAT BRIEF! Thank you, thank you! You treated me with such dignity, did all the paperwork and transfer of ownership with professional ease, and I drove off in my new car, thinking, "why did you panicked about car sales people"?
